해례 (Haerye)
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Haerye (the "Service"), including monthly subscriptions.
If there is any conflict between this Refund Policy and mandatory consumer protection laws, the applicable laws take priority.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time to prevent renewal for the next billing cycle.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.
Refund eligibility is determined by the Operator (PKC Company) based on factors such as service usage and compliance with these terms.
In some cases, refunds may be limited or not available once digital services/content have been substantially provided, subject to applicable law.
To request a refund, you must contact the Operator directly at PKC@haerye.com. Please provide your account email and order details.
The Operator will review your request and, if approved, will trigger the refund through our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy).
Payments are processed through a Merchant of Record ("MoR"), Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the legal seller of record. The Operator (PKC Company) manages the approval of refunds, while the MoR handles the technical transfer of funds back to your account.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Once the Operator approves and initiates the refund, it typically takes approximately 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the processing timelines of the MoR (Lemon Squeezy) and your financial institution (bank).
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact PKC@haerye.com first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If a chargeback is initiated, the MoR and/or payment providers may investigate the dispute and request additional information.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, and the updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.
